Because of the personalized care that Hendricks For Health provides, your appointment time is reserved just for you. An appointment in our schedule is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and you will be present for treatment. When a patient doesn’t show without giving any notice, another patient loses the opportunity to receive care.
While we understand that emergencies sometimes arise, to be respectful of the needs of all patients, we ask that if you are unable to attend your next appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance.
No-show appointments will be subject to a $25.00 fee. Should you have any questions about our no-show policy, please contact Victoria at 916-773-1191.
